Why Coconut Oil and Taramira Oil Together?

The two oils feel and behave differently. Coconut oil is light, familiar and easy to spread, so it suits daily use on skin and hair. Taramira oil is pressed from taramira seeds, the seeds of the rocket plant (Eruca sativa), and has a stronger smell and a heavier feel. In South Asia it has long been used in scalp oiling.

That is traditional use. We are not claiming it treats dandruff, hair fall or any skin condition.

What Is Taramira Oil?

Used Separately, Not Mixed

We suggest using the two oils for their own jobs: coconut oil for skin and hair lengths, taramira oil on the scalp. Many people oil their scalp once or twice a week, but there is no fixed schedule for this product. Start slowly and see how your skin and scalp respond.

Who Should Be Careful?

Keep both oils away from your eyes. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have eczema, psoriasis or another skin or scalp condition, or have flaking that does not go away, speak to your doctor or a dermatologist before using the bundle.

Yes. Use coconut oil on your skin and hair lengths and taramira oil on your scalp. Do not apply taramira oil to areas you have not patch tested.

03- Is taramira oil the same as mustard oil?
